Hello... here is an update of my progress on the HCG protocol. Im hoping this video helps new people think about what it might feel like when you complete Phase 1 and 2. My stats: StartedDay 1 Phase 1 135.4 lbs; 31.5% body fat Day 25 Phase 2 122.4 lbs; 26.5% body fat; 50.7% water; 4.6 lbs bone mass and 1991 calories a day to maintain Day 26 Phase 2 122.6 lbs; 27.6% body fat; 49.4% water; 4.9 lbs bone mass and 1905 calories a day to maintain Day 27 HCG, Day 1 Phase 3 123.2 lbs; 27.6% body fat; 49.9% water; 4.6 lbs bone mass and 1921 calories a day to maintain So did steak day Day 28 HCG, Day 2 Phase 3 120.2 lbs; 26.8% body fat; 50.3% water; 4.4 lbs bone mass and 1885 calories a day to maintain ALL time low for HCG YAY!! Day 29 HCG, Day 3 Phase 3 123 lbs; 27% body fat; 50.3% water; 4.6 lbs bone mass and 1920 calories a day to maintain **Please notes, above numbers are taken from my Tanita BC-534 scale which is known to be consistently inaccurate. Water is % water estimated in the body. Bone mass is calculated bone mass mineral in the body. Calories is estimate number of calories a user of the scale can eat in a 24 hour period to maintain the previous statistics.
